Knife Gate Valves

John Bell Pipeline Equipment Co. Ltd offer the complete range of Knife Gate Valves from its Aberdeen stocking facility supplying various industries with valves either manually operated or by actuation.

Historically Knife Gate Valves have been widely used in the Pulp and Paper industry but John Bell Pipeline Equipment Co. Ltd now also supplies into the offshore sector for isolation of Drilling Fluids and Barites, Drill Cuttings, Muds & Brines.

Standard materials offered are Ductile Iron, Cast Iron and Stainless Steel. Cast Steel can also be supplied on request, as can large fabricated valves either with Round, Square or Rectangular orifice. Blade material on all body options would be either 304/316 Stainless Steel.

All actuator types, such as Pneumatic and Hydraulic Cylinders, Electric Actuators (Including for Haz areas) can be supplied. John Bell Pipeline Equipment Co. Ltd keep in stock both Cast Iron and Stainless Steel in sizes 2″ thru 12″ with drilling options of PN10/16, Table D & ANSI 150LB
